  1. In a saucepan, heat cream until bubbles appear. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in sugar until it dissolves. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Let the mixture cool. 
  2. In a food processor, combine avocado and cheese. Blend until smooth. Add lime juice. Blend. Whisk into the cream mixture.
  3. Place the avocado and cream cheese mixture in the ice cream maker. Freeze to make ice cream.
  4. Spoon the avocado and cream cheese mixture into the crust. Use a spatula to make the surface of the cheesecake smooth. Freeze for 2 hours. Before serving Avocado Cheesecake, allow it to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
