Bacon Cheese Chicken Wraps
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Combine all the spices (from cayenne to pepper) in a small dish.
- Tenderize chicken breasts to about ¼-inch thickness and season the chicken breasts with the spice mix on both sides.
- Put small cheese pieces on chicken and roll them up, pressing firmly.
- Wrap each chicken piece with a bacon piece, place them on a pan, and brown over a medium heat until the bacon starts to get crisp.
