DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Combine all the spices (from cayenne to pepper) in a small dish.
  3. Tenderize chicken breasts to about ¼-inch thickness and season the chicken breasts with the spice mix on both sides.
  4. Put small cheese pieces on chicken and roll them up, pressing firmly.
  5. Wrap each chicken piece with a bacon piece, place them on a pan, and brown over a medium heat until the bacon starts to get crisp.
