Baked Apples with Pecans

- Mix softened butter, nuts, ground cinnamon, oats, sugar, ground ginger, and salt.
- Slice off the top of apples. Scoop out the core. Stuff the pecan mixture into each apple. Place in the crockpot.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or until apples are tender. Serve with ice cream and warmed caramel.
