Baked Chicken Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6). Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with cooking spray.
- Place ground chicken, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, and cumin in a bowl. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Roll into 16 meatballs. Place the chicken meatballs on the greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden.
- To make the dipping sauce: Combine mayo, hot sauce, honey, and cumin in a bowl. Serve the chicken meatballs with the sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
