DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix eggs, milk, white sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Add cubed bread, sliced bananas, and chocolate chips. Stir. Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes to allow the bread to soak. Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan.
- Use a damp towel to line a roasting pan. Put the loaf pan on the damp towel. Place the roasting pan on the oven rack. Pour water in the roasting pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the loaf pan.
- Bake for about 1 hour (until a knife inserted in the center of the Banana Bread Pudding comes out clean).
