DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). Prepare a baking dish: line with parchment paper. 
  2. Combine butter and sugar in a bowl. Mix well. Add vanilla extract. Add egg. Mix well. Add flour. Stir to combine. 
  3. Add bananas and chocolate. Mix until just combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. 
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Allow the blondies to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
