Chicken breast fillets
4 (4.2 oz.), skin removed, flattened
Canola spread margarine

Fresh sage
2 tbsp., shredded

  1. Prepare a barbecue or a char-grill and heat until hot.
  2. Spray chicken breasts with cooking spray and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.
  3. Place spread to a small saucepan and heat. Add shredded sage and cook until crisp.
  4. Put chicken breasts on warm plates and pour sage butter over them. Serve.
