DIRECTIONS
  1. Season pork with salt and pepper. Place the meat, coffee, whiskey, garlic cloves, broth, Worcestershire sauce, water, onion, and red pepper in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook for 3 hours on low. Scoop the garlic out of the slow cooker and mash them. Return the garlic to the slow cooker. Cook for  4 hours.
  3. Shred the meat using two forks. Return the pork to the slow cooker. Add barbeque sauce. Cook on LOW for 1 hour.
