Barbecue sauce

Chicken breast halves

Fresh cilantro
½ cup, chopped
Pepperoncini peppers

1 cup, chopped
Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups, shredded

  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Prepare a medium-sized baking sheet and put the pizza crust on it. Cover the crust with barbecue sauce.
  3. Top the crust with all the remaining ingredients (from chicken to cheese) and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
