DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat vegetable oil in the deep fryer to 375° F (190° C). 
  2. Whisk together hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and vinegar in a saucepan over medium. Add butter, whisking after every 4 tbsps. Whisk to combine. Allow to cool. 
  3. Line a cutting board with paper towel. Place wings on the prepared cutting board. Season with salt and ground black pepper. 
  4. Add 5 wings at a time to the deep fryer. Cook for 10 minutes. When you hear a crackling noise, take the chicken wings out. Place them in a mixing bowl. Pour the sauce on the wings. Toss evenly and place the wings on a cooling rack. Serve and enjoy your Buffalo Chicken Wings!
