Cook sweet Italian sausage, lean ground beef, chopped onion, and garlic in a large pot until browned. Drain fat.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, tomato paste, and water. Add sugar, basil, salt, fennel seed, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Cover and, stirring occasionally, simmer on low for 90 minutes. Enjoy your Pasta Sauce!
