- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. Add butter; cook until it melts. Add broth, black pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Add 1/2 lb spaghetti and cook until al dente (about 12 minutes). IF necessary, add more broth.
- Add cheese, heavy cream, and dried parsley. Mix well. Serve and enjoy your Garlic Pasta!
