Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 325° F (160° C/Gas mark 3).
- In a pot, heat 3 inches of canola oil to 375° F (190° C).
- Fry half the wings for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Fry the remaining chicken wings.
- Heat cayenne sauce and butter in a saucepan over medium-low. Add Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Keep cooking until bubbles appear. Remove from heat.
- Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Toss to coat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Red Hot Chicken Wings!
