DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix mayo, crushed garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. 
  2. Pour water in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes. Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, until almost done. Drain, and let them cool.
  3. Preheat the oven broiler. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with foil. Grease it.
  4. Place the potatoes in the tray. Spoon the mayo mixture over them.
  5. Place on the grill, and cook for about 10 minutes, until tender.
