DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C). Spread beans in a baking dish. 
  2. Stirring halfway through, bake the beans for about 20 minutes. Transfer them to a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Return them to the dish.
  3. Continue baking for about 20 minutes more, stirring halfway through.
