Low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp, grated
2 cloves, minced
1 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
Broccoli Recipes: Shrimp Stir Fry
- Whisk together oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, grated ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- In a skillet over medium-high, heat oil. Cook shrimp for 3 minutes, or until pink. Add broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes, or until soft.
- Add the oyster sauce mixture. Stir to coat. Cook for 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve.
