DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine flour, brownie mix, soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until combined. 
  2. Next, beat in milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Fold in the chocolate. 
  3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium. Prepare it with cooking spray. Place the batter in the pan (1/4-cup per pancake). Flip when bubbles appear. Cook until browned.
