Brussels sprouts 
1 lb, cleaned, halved
Extra-virgin olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oil in a skillet. Over medium heat, add sprouts and cook for 3 minutes, until they're golden on the bottom. Add water. Cover. Cook for 3 minutes, until tender. 
  2. Remove them from the skillet. Add honey, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, and garlic to the skillet. Whisk to combine. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 6 minutes, or until thick.
  3. Return the sprouts to the skillet. Toss to coat. Cook for 2 minutes more. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve and enjoy your Crispy Brussel Sprouts!
