DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, mix yellow onion, white and light parts of green onions, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and ginger. Place beef slices in the mixture. Refrigirate 1 hour, covered.
- Over medium, heat a skillet. Stir the beef slices and marinade together in the skillet, adding honey until the beef slices are cooked through (5 min). Serve with green parts of green onions.
