DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat milk until hot in a saucepan. Do NOT bring it to a boil. 
  2. Whisk in the chocolate squares and the crushed candies until melted.
  3.  Pour the hot mixture into 4 mugs. Garnish with whipped cream. Use small candy canes for serving.
