  1. Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in condensed milk and vanilla. Separate evenly into three bowls.
  2. In one bowl, add 2 drops of red and 2 drops of yellow coloring. In the second bowl, add 2 drops of yellow coloring. Stir until combined. 
  3. Layer white, yellow, and orange layers among 10 dessert cups. Top with candy corn. Freeze for 5 hours, or until firm. 
  4. Before serving, allow the Candy Corn Ice Cream to soften for several minutes.
