  1. Place the peeled potatoes in a pot. Pour water in the pot. Add salt.
  2. Bring to a boil. Then, cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and continue cooking for 25 min (until tender). Drain. Return the cooked potatoes to the pot.
  3. Over high heat, cook the potatoes for 30 seconds. Then, turn off the heat.
  4. Mash the potatoes twice around the pot. Add butter and milk. Keep mashing until smooth. Add salt and black pepper. Whisk until evenly distributed. Serve and enjoy your Lumpless Mashed Potatoes!
