- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sherry, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper. Stir until the brown sugar dissolves. Pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken thighs. Marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Turn once.
- Then, heat the broiler to high heat.
- Place the chicken thighs on a broiler pan. Broil for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Flip. Broil for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Teriyaki Chicken!
