Ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, mashed
½ lime, juiced
¼ cup, diced
2 to 3 tbsps, chopped
1, stemmed, cut in half, diced (use rubber gloves!)
- In a medium bowl, mix mashed avocado with lime juice, diced onions, and cilantro. Mix in as much jalapeno as you want (on average, it’s best to start with ½ pepper and no seeds).
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips or baby carrots.
