DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk together olive oil (3 tbsp), garlic, chili, salt, cilantro, and juice. Pour the mixture over the shrimp. Mix to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. 
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook onions for 2 minutes, or until fragrant. Add shrimp. Cook for 45 seconds. Flip. Cook for 1 minute, or until cooked through. Serve and enjoy your Shrimp with Garlic and Cilantro!
