DIRECTIONS
- Whisk together olive oil (3 tbsp), garlic, chili, salt, cilantro, and juice. Pour the mixture over the shrimp. Mix to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook onions for 2 minutes, or until fragrant. Add shrimp. Cook for 45 seconds. Flip. Cook for 1 minute, or until cooked through. Serve and enjoy your Shrimp with Garlic and Cilantro!
