  1. In a saucepan over medium, whisk milk, heavy cream (1 cup), egg yolks, granulated sugar, and salt. Stirring, cook for 5 minutes, or until almost boiling and thick.
  2. Place chocolate in the blender. Pour the cream mixture over the chocolate. Blend until smooth. Divide the mixture among small cups. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set. 
  3. Whip heavy cream (1/2 cup) and confectioners' sugar until soft peaks appear. Top the Pots de Creme with the heavy cream mixture. Serve and enjoy!
