Cooking Bacon in the Oven
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6). Prepare a baking sheet: line it with foil. Then, line a wire rack on the sheet.
- Arrange the bacon on the rack. The slices should not overlap.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until crispy. If the slices are thin, they will be ready more quickly.
- Line a plate with paper towel. Drain the bacon slices. Serve and enjoy your Crispy Bacon!
