DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 500° F (260° C/Gas mark 10).
  2. With kitchen shears, butterfly the lobster tails (cut down the center). Pull the meat upward. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. 
  3. Whisk together butter, paprika, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Spread on the tails. 
  4. Broil for 10 minutes, or until opaque. Serve and enjoy!
