DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 500° F (260° C/Gas mark 10).
- With kitchen shears, butterfly the lobster tails (cut down the center). Pull the meat upward. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Whisk together butter, paprika, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Spread on the tails.
- Broil for 10 minutes, or until opaque. Serve and enjoy!
