DIRECTIONS
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add oil, butter, and thyme. Add the pork chops. Sear for 3 minutes per side, or until golden.
- Add garlic. Keep flipping and cooking the pork chops until brown. Add salt. Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!
