DIRECTIONS
- Rinse the rice in a mesh strainer under running water.
- Place rice in the instant pot. Add water and salt. Stir. Add butter and toss to combine.
- Lock the lid. Cook under high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Then, allow the pressure release for 10 minutes.
- Quick-release the remaining pressure. Fluff the rice using a fork. Serve.
