DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Rinse the rice in a mesh strainer under running water. 
  2. Place rice in the instant pot. Add water and salt. Stir. Add butter and toss to combine. 
  3. Lock the lid. Cook under high pressure for 5 minutes. 
  4. Then, allow the pressure release for 10 minutes. 
  5. Quick-release the remaining pressure. Fluff the rice using a fork. Serve.
