Salmon fillets

1 lemon, divided
2 cloves, sliced

Cooking Salmon: Fried Salmon

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Then, place salmon in the skillet skin-side up. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, or until golden. Flip. 
  2. Carefully add white wine, 1/2 lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer. Keep cooking, occasionally basting the salmon, until opaque. Remove from the skillet. 
  3. Add butter and the remaining juice to the skillet. Whisk to combine. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Serve and enjoy your Fried Salmon!
