1 small bulb, finely chopped

- Take a medium-sized pan and put butter and olive oil in it.
- Add onion bulbs and cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat. Add celery and cook for 5 more minutes, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Put the remaining ingredients in the pan and warm them for 1-2 minutes. Check if all the ingredients are well-mixed (celery should be a bit crunchy).
- Serve the mixture immediately over a fresh steak.
