1/2 (6 fl oz) container
2 cups, mashed
Cranberry + Banana Jam
- Simmer cranberries and water over medium heat in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Add banana and white sugar. Stir. Boil for 1 minute over medium-high. Add pectin and juice and stir.
- Sterilize jars and lids in boiling water for 5 minutes or more. Transfer jam to the jars while they're still hot (leave 1/4 to 1/2 inch headspace). Run a spatula around the insides after the jars have been filled. Top the jars with lids. Screw on rings. Process in a water bath. Enjoy your Cranberry and Banana Jam!
