Easiest Cream of Asparagus Soup
- Melt butter in a pot over medium. Cook garlic for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add asparagus. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Cook for 5 minutes, or until golden in color. Add chicken broth. Cover the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Puree the asparagus soup with an immersion blender. Stir in cream. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Before serving, garnish with cream if desired. Serve and enjoy the best Cream of Asparagus Soup!
