  1. In a food processor, process cauliflower florets. Transfer to a bowl. Add flour, baking powder, large eggs, and dressing mix. Stir. 
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop tablespoons of the mixture into the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes per side (until golden brown). Enjoy your Cauliflower Patties!
