DIRECTIONS
  1. Lay out several sheets of foil.
  2. Mix white sugar, corn syrup, and water in a skillet over medium-high. Stirring, heat to 250° F (121° C), or until it reaches hard ball consistency. A small amount of the mixture dropped into cold water should form a ball. 
  3. Add raw peanuts. When it starts to turn light brown, remove from the stove. Add baking soda and stir (the mixture will foam up).
  4. Spoon out small pieces onto the foil, stirring between pieces. Enjoy your Peanut Brittle!
