DIRECTIONS
- Lay out several sheets of foil.
- Mix white sugar, corn syrup, and water in a skillet over medium-high. Stirring, heat to 250° F (121° C), or until it reaches hard ball consistency. A small amount of the mixture dropped into cold water should form a ball.
- Add raw peanuts. When it starts to turn light brown, remove from the stove. Add baking soda and stir (the mixture will foam up).
- Spoon out small pieces onto the foil, stirring between pieces. Enjoy your Peanut Brittle!
