DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425° F.
- Mix milk, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until the mixture is smooth.
- In a cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over high heat until bubbling. Pour the milk mixture into the skillet's center.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until it's puffed and golden. Brush it with 1 tbsp butter. Drizzle with lemon juice. After that, dust with confectioners' sugar.
