DIRECTIONS
- Combine oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and juice in a bowl. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and red pepper. Add chicken. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 450° F (220° C/Gas mark 8). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden. Enjoy your Baked Chicken!
