DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and juice in a bowl. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and red pepper. Add chicken. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight. 
  2. Preheat the oven to 450° F (220° C/Gas mark 8). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. 
  3. Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden. Enjoy your Baked Chicken!
