  1. Without rinsing pasta, put it in a bowl and keep warm.
  2. Add olive oil and garlic to a small skillet and sauté the mixture, then pour it over the cooked pasta.
  3. Season with salt, a lot of black pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
