  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). 
  2. Cook beef in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high for 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Add enchilada sauce, chili powder, and green chiles. Remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle with cheese (1 cup).  
  3. Prepare corn muffin batter according to the package's instructions. Stir in the remaining chiles and cheese. Spoon over the beef. 
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Before serving, allow the Tamale Pie to cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Tasty Tamale Pie!
