DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4).
- Cook beef in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high for 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Add enchilada sauce, chili powder, and green chiles. Remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle with cheese (1 cup).
- Prepare corn muffin batter according to the package's instructions. Stir in the remaining chiles and cheese. Spoon over the beef.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Before serving, allow the Tamale Pie to cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Tasty Tamale Pie!
