  1. In a large skillet over medium, heat oil. Cook onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add wine, sugar, tomato paste, basil, red pepper, juice, seasoning, black pepper, and tomatoes. Bring the mixture to a boil. After reducing the heat to medium, simmer about 15 minutes, uncovered. Add parsley. Ladle over hot pasta. Serve.
