Chicken wings

Celery salt

  1. Heat oil to about 375°F/190°C over medium-high heat in a deep fryer or simply in a large pot.  
  2. Fry the wings until well cooked through (from 12 to 15 minutes depending on how big they are).
  3. In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in RedHot, season with celery salt and lemon pepper, if desired.  Adjust the ratio of butter and RedHot depending on how hot you like your wings.
  4. Drain the cooked wings of excess oil in a plate lined with paper towels. Toss them in sauce. Serve with your fave dip.
