Corn cereal
1 1/4 cup, crushed
Granulated sugar 
2 tsp
Whipped cream 
 for garnish
Maraschino cherries

  1. Prepare a sheet tray by lining it with parchment paper. Place it in the freezer. 
  2. Scoop 4 ice cream balls onto the tray. Keep in the freezer.  
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium. Add crushed cereal and ground cinnamon. Cook for 5 minutes, or until golden. Remove the skillet from heat. Add sugar. Stir. Allow to cool. 
  4. Roll ice cream in the mixture. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with Maraschino cherries. Enjoy your Fried Ice Cream!
