DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C/Gas mark 6).
  2. Whisk together all-purpose flour, salt, lemon-pepper seasoning, and lemon zest (1 lemon). Toss the chicken in the mixture to coat. Thinly slice the remaining lemon.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium-high in an ovenproof skillet. Add chicken. Cook for 5 minutes, until golden on one side. Flip. 
  4. Add chicken broth, butter, minced garlic, and sliced lemon. Bake for 5 minutes, until cooked through. Spoon the sauce on top. Garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy your Lemon Chicken!
