DIRECTIONS
- Heat butter in a saute pan over medium-high. Saute onions for 15 minutes, or until golden. Add shallots. Saute for 10 minutes, or until brown. Add garlic. Keep cooking for 2 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes. Chop into 1/4-inch pieces.
- Mix sour cream, celery salt, Worcestershire, salt, and ground black pepper. Next, fold in the onions. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving, garnish with chopped chives. Enjoy your French Onion Dip!
