DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour 2 quarts water in a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add beef bouillon. Allow it to boil for about 10 min. Add sliced onions. Reduce heat. Keep cooking for 30 min. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for half an hour. 
  2. In a bowl, stir all-purpose flour into 1/2 cup water. Whisk this paste into the soup. Simmer for 30 min.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and Colby-Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. Serve hot and enjoy your Onion Soup!
