Semisweet chocolate

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. 
  2. Bring 3 inches of water to a simmer in a pot over medium heat. Reduce to low. Place a heatproof bowl on top. Stirring, melt semi-sweet chocolate. Add peppermint. Stir. Pour into the baking sheet. Spread using a spatula. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, or until set. 
  3. Place a heatproof bowl over the pot of simmering water. Stirring, melt white chocolate. Pour over the semi-sweet chocolate layer. Top with crushed canes. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until set. Serve and enjoy your Peppermint Bark!
