How to Cook Potstickers at Home
- Combine ground pork, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, pressed garlic cloves, hoisin, sliced green onions, grated ginger, sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, and white pepper in a bowl.
- Arrange won ton wrappers on a work surface. Next, spoon the pork mixture into the center of each won ton wrapper (1 tbsp for each). Rub the edges with water and fold the wrappers over the pork mixture. Seal the edges.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium. Cook the potstickers for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden. Serve and enjoy your easy homemade potstickers!
