Bulk pork sausage

Loaf frozen bread dough
1 (1 lb), thawed
1 cup, shredded
4 slices, thinly sliced
- Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
- Over medium-high heat, heat a large skillet. Add sausage. Cook until evenly browned (10 min). Drain.
- On a baking sheet, pat out the bread dough to make it 3/4-inch thick. Place hard salami, ham slices, and American cheese in the center. Sprinkle with mozzarella, pepper, salt, and sausage. Wrap the dough, sealing the edges. Brush with beaten egg white.
- Bake for about 20 minutes (until lightly browned). Enjoy your Stromboli!
