White Chocolate Melts
1 1/2 cups
Dark chocolate melts
Dark chocolate writing icing
White chocolate writing icing (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp
Green food color gel
Frankenstein's Monster Cake Pops
- Melt white chocolate melts according to the package directions. Add oil. Stir. Tint with green gel.
- Dip lollipop sticks in melted chocolate. Insert into marshmallows. Dip marshmallows in chocolate. Stand in polystyrene until set.
- Melt dark chocolate according to the package directions. Place the melted chocolate in a sealable plastic bag and cut off a corner of the bag. Pipe onto each cake pop to make the monster's hair. With white and dark icing, make eyes and mouths. Serve and enjoy your Halloween cake pops!
