DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt white chocolate melts according to the package directions. Add oil. Stir. Tint with green gel.
  2. Dip lollipop sticks in melted chocolate. Insert into marshmallows. Dip marshmallows in chocolate. Stand in polystyrene until set. 
  3. Melt dark chocolate according to the package directions. Place the melted chocolate in a sealable plastic bag and cut off a corner of the bag. Pipe onto each cake pop to make the monster's hair. With white and dark icing, make eyes and mouths. Serve and enjoy your Halloween cake pops!
